**As of February 10, 2021, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed.** The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract to install a full building generator at the Oregon State Archives Building to provide continued power during unexpected power outages for the benefit of Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Asset Management. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Liquidated damages of $0.00 will apply to the contract resulting from this ITB. (See Exhibit 5 for detailed information)
