Renovation of a water / sewer project in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Major components of the Work include: Install new pump discharge piping for Booster Pump Nos. 4 & 5 and add/upgrade process equipment to City uniformity standards. Smooth nose sample tap. Digital Pressure Gauge with I/O (Rosemount). Butterfly Valve. Swing Check Valve (AVK), product supplied by Owner. Magnetic Flow Meter with I/O (Badger), product supplied by Owner. Clean and paint process equipment and piping. Install new 5,000 gpm High Service Pump, Motor, and Discharge head for Booster No. 4, products supplied by Owner. Install new 5,000 gpm High Service Pump, Motor, and Discharge head for Booster No. 5, products supplied by Owner. Replace existing 1,500 KVA Transformer per specifications. Replace existing 5KV Motor Control Center with new 480-volt equipment. Provide new VFDs for High Service Pump Nos. 4 & 5.
