Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in West Linn, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a 12,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
Construct a storage building (approx. 12,000 sq. ft.) to support district-wide operations for the West Linn-Wilsonville School District. In addition, construction corresponding parking lot, landscape areas, and storm water facility. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cashiers check or surety bond executed by a State licensed surety company, payable to the School District in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. No interest will be paid on bid security. Return or retention of bid security shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.385. All contractors, pursuant to ORS 279C.370, are required to complete Document 00 43 50 FirstTier Subcontractor Disclosure Form under the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders. The completed form must be received at the District Operation Center Offices within 2 hours of the Bid time and date This Project is subject to State of Oregon Prevailing Wage requirements in accordance with ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870.
