As of April 13, 2021, this project was awarded to Raimore Construction, LLC but awarded amount is not yet determined. Project will construct safety improvements along SE Division Street between SE 80th and SE 174th Avenues. Improvements include signalized pedestrian crossings, street lighting, protected bike lanes, access management (raised center medians) and landscaping. The anticipated cost for the services described herein is $5,000,000 - $8,000,000. The Proposer's proposal shall include the Proposer's true estimated cost to perform the work irrespective of the City's budgeted funds for this work. The Bonds, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Public Improvement Contract, shall be satisfactory to the City and shall be executed by a corporate surety licensed to do business in the State of Oregon. The attorney in fact who executed the Bonds on behalf of the surety shall affix thereto a certified and current copy of his power of attorney and shall indicate the monetary limit of such power. The Bonds must be received by the City before the Notice to Proceed will be issued.
