Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment and materials to provide herbicide spraying for weed control at various Water Services Department Facilities in the manner specified below. For purposes of project, areas requiring application are divided into three sections: Section 1: Areas defined for Water Supply Facilities, identified below in Heading 4 - Application Areas Section 2: Areas defined for Wastewater Facilities, Flood Pump Station sites and Flood Lots, identified below in Heading 4 - Application Areas Section 3: Areas along the Missouri River Levee and Blue River Channel and Flood Control Lots, as identified below in Heading 4 - Application Areas. Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond, re: Attachment 6, Performance Bond Form, to City on City furnished forms, executed by a Surety, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount guaranteeing Contractor's faithful performance of each and every term of this Contract and all authorized changes thereto and guaranteeing the services and work against faulty workmanship and faulty materials for the period of time as prescribed by the Bond.
