The Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA) in Albany, New York seeks proposals from firms, individuals, teams or other interested and experienced entities to perform the expansion and renovation of the existing garage storage and maintenance facilities along with the accompanying site modifications as outlined in the Contract Documents. Questions regarding this Request for Proposals are to be submitted in Writing to Stacy Sansky, Director of Procurement (sdsansky@cdta.org) NO LATER than January 22, 2021 at 11:00AM. Contract Duration: Two-years from Notice of Award It is the intention of CDTA to negotiate for a contract based upon proposals it receives, but CDTA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
