Paving for a mixed-use development in Odessa, Florida. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project Consists of 4,731+/- Lf of New Roadway, Extending Existing Lake Blanche Drive West to Starkey Boulevard, With Multi-use Trail, Sidewalk, and Associated Road Signing and Markings and Improvements, and Other Work More Fully Described in the Bid Documents. Applicable Pasco County Specifications for This Project Are Referenced on the Construction Plans. Return of the Bid Documents Is Not Required, and the Amount Paid for the Bid Documents Is Nonrefundable. Bidder Shall Provide a Proposal Guaranty of Not Less Than 5% of the Total Actual Bid in the Form of Either a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Trust Company Treasurers Check, Bank Draft of Any National or State Bank, or a Surety Bid Bond Made Payable to Ws-tsr, Llc., Which Shall Accompany Each Bid. A Check or Draft in an Amount Less Than Five Percent (5%) Will Invalidate the Bid. The Bid Bond Will Be Returned Within 30 Days of the Bid Date. The Bidder to Whom the Contract Is Awarded Shall Provide Pasco County a Performance Bond Covering One Hundred and Twenty Five Percent (125%) of the Work Within Pasco County Right of Way. Bidders Must Be Prepared to Mobilize and Start Construction Within 30 Days of Notice to Proceed. All Submitted Bids Shall Be Based on Acceptance of Form Construction Contract, and Must Contain Exceptions or Clarifications to Form Construction Contract, if Applicable.
