Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Davie, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

A description of the Project is as follows: Scope of Work: The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to, site, civil, mechanical, maintenance of traffic and all related work associated with the SW 130th Avenue Force Main Improvements and site, civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation, maintenance of traffic and all related work associated with upgrades to Lift Station 309. Force main work includes installation of approximately 6,200 linear feet of 8-inch PVC C-900 pipe located on SW 130th Avenue from SW 26th Street to SW 11th Place, including utility locations, the installation of all tie-ins, air release valve assemblies, isolation valves, roadway replacement, pavement restoration, sidewalk replacement, sod restoration and related work. Lift Station work includes the removal and replacement of existing submersible pumps and associated pump control panels, upgrading of existing FPL service, removal and replacement of existing discharge piping and valves, bypass pumping, and all associated appurtenances. Also included in the Contract are: all material, labor, and equipment for demolition, disposal, maintenance of operations during construction, startup and testing of the new facilities, operation and maintenance manuals, record documents, test equipment and all other appurtenant and miscellaneous work required for completion of the work, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Location: SW 130th Avenue from SW 26th Street to SW 11th Place, Town of Davie, Florida Qualification Requirement: The vendor shall have a valid State of Florida General Contractors License and Underground Utility and Excavation Contractors License. The vendor must have successfully completed at least three (3) projects of similar type and complexity within the last five (5) years. The City shall be the sole and final judge in determining if the Contractor meets the Qualification Requirement. Special accommodation: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based F.S.S. 286.0105.
