**As of March 31, 2023, project was awarded to Muralla Construction, LLC, awarded amount is $801,286.85.** Fire Station: Existing 3,133 SF with an interior renovation of approximate 421 SF. Interior renovation consists of changing a portion of the garage into additional dormitory and living room space. Additional items to be renovated are existing interior and exterior walls repainted plus a new hydropneumatic system with filtration, chlorination and storage. Justice of Peace: Existing 3,108 SF facility to recive an expansion of 1,607 SF housing Constable offices for the region. Expansion consists of administrative offices with private and open work areas with a main reception and support spaces such as general storage, evidence storage, toilets and coffe area.
