Renovation of an educational facility in Carleton Place, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario invites tenders for the RTU/HVAC units project and associated work at St. Mary Catholic School in Carleton Place. The work consists primarily of the following (refer to tender documents for details): Replacing fin tube radiators with gas fired roof top units, while retaining hot water heating at exterior entrances. Additionally, hot water reheat coils will be required for all classrooms from existing boiler system. Some alterations to existing ceilings and lighting to be included. A new Trane building automation and control system will also be included. This project is subject to funding. Bid value not released for publication.
