Site work for a water / sewer project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of Saniary Sewers by Cured-in-Place Method and Pipe Bursting Method. Project also includes the rehabilitation of the sanitary sewer manholes. All proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid payable to the Owner from a reliable surety company licensed to operate and authorized to execute and issue bonds in the State of Texas and listed in the United States Treasury Department's current publication of Accepted Sureties Department circular 570 as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract and execute the required bonds within ten days after notice of award. Bids without a bid bond will not be accepted. The Conditions of the Contract require the successful bidder, within fifteen (15) days after written notification of award of the Contract, to provide and execute a Performance & Maintenance Bond and a Payment Bond of required form and of even date with the Contract each in the amount of 100 percent of the total Contract price. For furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewers - Phase I, Roman Forest Public Utility District No. 3, Montgomery County, Texas all questions on or before January 20, 2021.
