There are 56 total windows. There are 20 windows on floor #1 (Approximately 80" x 55"), and there are 36 windows on floor #2 (various sizes). 36 of the existing windows already have shades installed (2 shades on the 1st floor, and 34 on the 2nd floor) and will need to be removed, as well as the hardware holding the shades in place. Each roller shade is to have a manual chain (installed on one side of each individual shade) for up/down movement. Each shade to be installed with a fascia. Awarded contractor is to remove and dispose of any and all existing shades, and existing hardware. Any patching, painting, or repairs to the inside of the building caused by this project, is the responsibility of the awarded contractor to be fixed (at no additional charge). Installation of all hardware and the shades, to be done during the normal workday (8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday). No after-hours work (or weekends). Color to be selected by Collier County from all available Hunter Douglass designs/colors, once a contractor has been awarded the project. All field measurements must be made prior to bidding.
