Renovation of a mixed-use development in Westerville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
General Trades, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical (including fire alarm) work for renovation of existing facilities. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening thereof. Proposals shall be made in accordance with the Revised Code of Ohio on the forms included in the Project Manual. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee meeting the requirements described in the Instructions to Bidders. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder submitting a bid.
