Site work and renovation of a stadium in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 442,480-square-foot stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
The General Scope of work includes- Demolition of aluminum bench and concrete stadium seating; construction of Cast-in-place stadium seating; new handrails and guardrails; waterproofing at existing pressbox tower; new electrical work for Field lights, manual transfer switch and generator, performance sound system; Site improvements include grading, asphalt and concrete paving, athletic surfacing, irrigation and plantings, water utilities and storm drainage. Division 02 Existing Conditions / Division 03 Concrete / Division 04 Masonry / Division 05 Metals / Division 07 Thermal and Moisture Protection / Division 13 Special Construction / Division 26 Electrical / Division 31 Earthwork / Division 32 Exterior Improvements / Division 33 Utilities The Wake County Public School System reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interest of the School System. The Wake County Public School System also reserves the right to require any bidder to submit information needed to determine if said bidder is responsible within the meaning of N.C. Gen.
