Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to early/mid 2022. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Carrboro is seeking qualifications from interested Commissioning Agent Firms to complete the Commissioning for the new Town of Carrboro and Orange County Community Center (The 203 Project). The proposed site is an existing gravel parking lot located at 203 South Greensboro Street. The 203 facility will include a new three-story, 53,000 GSF building and adjacent 173 car capacity parking deck. The project is currently planned for a Construction Manager at Risk delivery method.Questions may be submitted electronically only, to the contact above.
