Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Godley, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 110,000-square-foot educational facility.
Description: New 110,000 SF elementary school in Cleburne, TX area. Work includes all sitework and utilities for a complete project. The new building includes ICF exterior walls and a precast concrete gym/storm shelter. The project includes 9 ALTERNATES as follows: 1 - Structure/roof covering over Ampitheater along with premanufactured canopy at spectator seating area 2 - Provide single-slope clerestory roof structure at 2nd floor classroom pods 3 - Provide structural trellis at stairwells and Outdoor Learning areas 4 - Provide operable partitions between Principal and Assistant Principal offices and between Admin Conference Rooms as well as specialty doors at Music 5 - Provide full height wall tile at restrooms 6 - Provide bullet resistant film 7 - Provide CL&I video wall in lieu of projector and projection screen 8 - Provide playground pre-manufactured canopy 9 - Provide steel beams in lieu of joists Message from one of the GC bidders: In addition to base bid proposals, all bidders must include proposals for these alternates as applicable to their scope(s) of work. Further, there are unit prices for earthwork, rebar, concrete, and piers so please be sure to review the requirements and include proposals for those items if you are bidding earthwork or concrete. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued.
