Site work for a water / sewer project in Milford, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Milford, New Hampshire is requesting proposals/bids for upgrading the existing secondary clarifiers and covers at the Milford Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF), located off Route 101A in Milford. All bidders are required to visit the site to determine existing conditions and obtain all pertinent dimensions, etc. that would affect the work. Bids submitted shall include a written certification that a site visit was made, that the Bidder is fully familiar with existing equipment, and that the existing conditions and support systems are adequate to receive the proposed upgrade except for what would be considered minor modifications. The successful bidder shall furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds in a form acceptable to the Town of Milford upon execution of the Construction Contract. No Bid Bond is required. Technical questions on the project and arrangements to inspect the existing secondary clarifiers shall be directed to Kevin Stetson, Town of Milford, at (603) 249-0661 or Stephen Smith, Underwood Engineers, at (603) 230-9898.
