Question End Date 2/10/2021 4:30 PM The City of Altamonte Springs desires to secure the services of a qualified vendor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and all other associated costs for the demolition or salvage of existing valves, piping, three 125 Hp wastewater pumps and motors and VFDs including base plates and associated appurtenances, concrete, concrete pads, fence, existing wet well repair and recoating system and modifications to the existing dry pit area. Demolition of the existing above grade structure of the Pump Building, as shown on the drawings. Furnish and install modifications to the existing wet pit, dry pit pump station including conversion of the Lift Station into a submersible pump station. Furnish and the Install three (3) new 45 Hp submersible pumps, guide rails, cables, and appurtenances, valves, piping, manholes, electrical and instrumentation equipment, access fencing and gate, removal and replacement of the existing asphalt pavement and site restoration. Provide and Install a new Electrical Building. Furnish and Install a new Odor Control system for the wet well area. The Contractor shall provide bypass pumping during construction. Additional improvements to LS 38 as detailed on the drawings and specified herein. The work of this Contract is located at the City of Altamonte Springs Lift Station 38 site, along the west side of SR 434, 1/2 mile north of SR 436.
