Renovation of a water / sewer project in Newark, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project includes replacement of the booster pump skid, control panel, and electrical equipment with new pump skid, piping, controls, SCADA monitoring, and electrical equipment and wiring. The Contractor shall include subconsultant services of Allied Control Systems for the furnish and installation of the control panel and SCADA equipment. LOCATION The project is located just east of the intersection of New London Road (SR 896) and Scotch Pine Road at the entrance of the Evergreen residential community just north of Main Street on SR 896. A bid bond equal to not less than 10% of the bid price must accompany the bid. All questions/requests for information regarding this contract (bid process, drawings and technical specifications, etc.) must be submitted via email to contracts@newark.de.us by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 25, 2022 to allow staff sufficient time to develop answers to questions deemed appropriate. Please submit all questions/requests for information in bulk (e.g., in a Word document attachment to an email) to limit the total number of emails received.
