Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work consists of the following: 1. Exterior Building and Site Improvements: Repairs to exterior gutters, downspouts and exterior wall siding. Removal and replacement of existing wood framed ramp. Improvements to site drainage and roof leaders around perimeter of the building. Minor structural repairs to columns supporting exterior covered decks. 2. Interior Building Renovations: Selective demolition of interior partitions for the reconfiguration of existing programmatic spaces, including ADA restrooms. Replacement of HVAC equipment and lighting, insulation of existing crawl space and minor structural modifications for new HVAC platforms. All Bidders are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the laws of the State of North Carolina, and that the requirements of Chapter 87 of the General Statutes of North Carolina will be observed. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Single prime bidders must identify on their bid the subcontractors they have selected for the subdivisions or branches of work for: Plumbing Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning; Electrical; and General. Bids shall include all taxes and, in particular, North Carolina and local sales and use taxes. A bid bond is required for this project. A performance bond and a labor and material payment bond will be required for this project. Payment will be made on the basis of ninety-five percent (95%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work.
