The purpose of this RFP is obtain a qualified provider(s) for Modular Construction Design Build Services in Ottawa, Ontario for the construction of affordable housing units for Ottawa Community Housing Corporation (OCHC) as part of the Rapid Housing Initiative (RHI). Modular housing is defined as housing units which are partially or fully built in off-site (e.g. a factory, warehouse, or similar facility) by a qualified manufacturer and delivered to the site in whole or in parts and installed on an appropriately zoned and serviced lot. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2021/01/22 02:00:00 PM EST * Non-Disclosure Agreement: The Non-Disclosure Agreement must be signed and submitted to andrea_parraga@och.ca prior to obtaining access to download the RFP documents.
