SCDNR is seeking quote for the Bi-Annual Maint for 18 HVAC systems and 3 walk in coolers at Webb WMA (1282 Webb Ave Garnett, SC 29922). Please email BowmanA@dnr.sc.gov for the scope of work and the quote form. scope of work: 2 scheduled visits Check operation of thermostats Clean debris from in and around outdoor units Inspect condenser coils leas and corrosion Clean indoor coils Nitrogen flush drains Clean primary drain pan Tighten all electrical connections Test and inspect contactors for pitting and burns Measure amp draws on compressor Check blower for balance & debris Visually check refrigerant pipes Check suction pressure Wash/Replace filters if applicable Inspect and test safety devices Check refrigerant levels Inspect evaporator coils for leaks Check temp drop across evaporator Measure all voltage at outdoor unit Measure all voltage at inside unit Visually check for refrigerant levels Visually inspect duct work for leaks Check flue pipe on gas system Check circuit boards Check capacitors for proper readings Measure amp draws on blower motor Check discharge pressure
