For Office Renovations The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach is seeking sealed bids from qualified Contractors with demonstrated competence and experience to provide Office Renovations for HAPB administrative building 1st floor. Submissions received prior to the opening will be held in confidence until the opening. After evaluation of the responses, the Contract will be awarded to the most responsible/ responsive Bidder(s) representing the Best Value to HAPB. The resulting Contract may be funded through Section 3 covered assistance and as such will be subject to Section 3, 24 CFR Part 135. HAPB reserves the right to reject any and all submissions. The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach (HAPB) invites sealed bids from licensed Contractors with demonstrated competence and experience to renovate an area of approximately 1900 square feet to complete modernization and expansion of the lobby, reception area, hallway, phone closet, copy room and five (5) offices. Renovations will include: reception desk counter and three (3) work stations formation, glass partitions installation, new cabinetry, new walls, replace ceiling tiles, new exterior and interior doors, hardware, fixtures, floor finishing, modify HVAC, adjust existing wiring to Computer server on second floor and relocation of electrical and low voltage devices from previous demising walls
