Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bellingham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of April 14th, 2021 all bids have been rejected for the project. The owner has stated they are rebidding the project immediately and has been contacted for the full rebid information. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate SCOPE OF WORK: 1. The contractor shall fully abide by the scope of work outlined in Appendix A, attached hereto. 2. The contractor must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance in Floor Covering. A copy of the DCAMM certification and an Update Statement must be submitted with the bid. 3. Bidders shall be active members/approved installers of the Maple Flooring Manufacturer's Association (MFMA). 4. The new floor shall be a fixed floor, similar to the "Anchored PowerLoc LP" sports floor system as provided by Aacer Flooring. Any other flooring systems should be submitted for review at least 72 hours prior to bid opening. 5. This bid calls for a base bid that includes a vapor barrier conforming to the specs included in Appendix A. An alternate option is requested to also include a water barrier. The bid will be awarded based upon the base bid only. The alternate bid item will be accepted if the budget allows based on the awarded bid. 6. Hours of work may be Monday-Friday, 7:00am-10:00pm, excluding holidays.
