No bid or bid security may be withdrawn for seventy-five (75) calendar days after the date bids are received. The successful bidder shall, within seven (7)calendar days after the District mails a notice of acceptance of bid, return the signed agreement and bonds, and attend the pre-construction conference at the District office. The contract period shall commence seven (7) calendar days from the date of the Notice-of-Acceptance-of-Proposal. The contractor shall complete all work at Wells 206, 207, and 208 sites including testing, disinfection, capping, site restoration and vacate the site before12/15/2021.
