425-17626-000 The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is seeking one qualified vendor, to provide the following services: removal/ installation of Storm Water Filters at the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation's American Revolution Museum of Yorktown, 200 Water Street, Yorktown, VA 23690. The Contractor shall provide all tools, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, transportation and any other incidentals necessary for current Storm Water Filter removal, installation, testing for full operation and proper disposal of removed system. Freda Rosso, Facilities Manager (757) 253-7215, will be the Agency's Project Manager for this contract. Prior to award of contract, all communication with the Agency must be through the Procurement Officer, Myra Borchardt (757-253-7207) procurement@jyf.virginia.gov The above-described work shall be started on or about March /April 2021 and completed within a week of the start date with no delay once the project has started. Work may be done from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. In any event, the project manager must be given notification of the anticipated work schedule in advance so that arrangements can be made with the agency security department. After award, services shall be completed by April 2, 2021. Any bid in response to this solicitation shall be valid for 60 days. At the end of 60 days the bid may be withdrawn at the written request of the bidder. If the bid is not withdrawn at that time it remains in effect until an award is made or the solicitation is canceled. It is the Contractor's responsibility to comply with the rules and regulations issued by state regulatory agencies. By his/her signature on thissolicitation, Offeror certified that the firm/individual is properly licensed and bonded and insured for the services to be provided. Contractor must provide a certificate of insurance prior to award of contract including, at a minimum, but not limited to Commercial General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence, Automobile $1,000,000 per occurrence. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award.
