Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Portland, Oregon. Working plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. This project is the first step of implementation of the Mt Tabor Yard Master Plan and includes the following elements: Construction of a new maintenance shop building; A new paved multimodal pathway connecting SE Division Street and SE 64th Avenue; Horticultural Services improvements in the Upper Nursery area, A new horticultural area for plant storage; New utilities and connecting to exiting utilities; street improvements; Stormwater facilities; and Public art. The Bonds, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Public Improvement Contract, shall be satisfactory to the City and shall be executed by a corporate surety licensed to do business in the State of Oregon. The surety bond shall have the company seal affixed to it, be signed by the suretys Attorney in Fact, and have attached the Power of Attorney for the Attorney in Fact. The Bonds must be received by the City before the Notice to Proceed will be issued.
