Contract Notice to Proceed 06/03/2021 The BRL contains 88,142 sq. ft. of space and it is currently served by 60 years old mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The scope of the project is to upgrade essential elements of MEP systems in the BRL. Most work for this project will take place on the roof of the east portion of the building and will support the entire facility with supply air, controls, reheat and electric power.
