The Work consists of flattening the crest of the vertical curve on Umatilla River Road and reconstruction of approximately 1,500 feet of roadway, including the addition of a turn lane into the City of Hermiston's recycled water treatment facility, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. This Project is being funded in part through Oregon Department of Transportation. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
