As of 03/15/2021 Start date: May 2021 End date: Sometime in Fall As of 02/22/2021 This project will be awarded on March 8, 2021. For construction of the following approximate major quantities: Quantities: Item Quantity Concrete Curb & Gutter 5,000 LF Bituminous Trail 3,950 SY Common Excavation 1,400 CY Storm Sewer Construction 860 LF Bituminous Paving 2,000 TON Modular Block Retaining Wall 4,140 SF. Each proposal must have with it a certified check or bid bond payable to the city of Minnetonka in the amount of five [5] percent of the bid as a guarantee the bidder will enter into a contract with the city of Minnetonka in accordance with the terms of the bid, in case the bidder is awarded the contract. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. SCOPE The work to be contracted includes but is not limited to the installation of storm drainage, concrete curb and gutter, grading, retaining wall construction, trail construction, and bituminous street surfacing.
