Please note that this measure is taken in accordance with the guidelines proposed by the Treasury Board Secretariat, dated March 25, 2020 (Communique no. SSMP-02 "Coronavirus (COVID-19)"). Bidders are invited to participate in the information meeting, including a site visit, offered by the PUBLIC BODY. Failure to participate cannot serve as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a bidder in the drafting of his bid.
