Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................. --- The Port of Bellingham (Port) is issuing this Request for Professional Services (RFPS) to solicit responses from consulting firms capable of providing support with designing, permitting, estimating, and all other aspects of the broad consultation necessary to rehabilitation and replace roof structures of select Port facilities. The architect will hire and lead any required sub-disciplines (such as structural, mechanical, or electrical engineers, etc.). The select firm will develop comprehensive construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permit applications for select Port properties in need of roof repair. These locations include: Replace roofing at the Whatcom Unified Emergency Coordination Center, located at 3888 Sound Way (Bellingham, WA). Replace roofing at the Squalicum Harbor Mall, located at 2620 N Harbor Loop Drive (Bellingham, WA). Replace roofing caps at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal, located at 355 Harris Avenue (Bellingham, WA). The Port of Bellingham reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
