The Work of this tender is to provide all machinery, tools, apparatus, materials and other means of construction for the supply and installation of a new flat roofing system and specified HVAC units at Dr. Nelson F. Tomlinson Community Centre, 4941 Old Brock Rd, Claremont, including the removal and disposal of materials, and related work, in accordance with the attached drawings and the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein to the satisfaction of the City.
