Q&A End Date 16feb 2021 05 pm Division 1, Schedule A - Reepsville Water Line: Approximately 33,800 LF of 12-inch diameter ductile iron water main along Reepsville Road between the City of Lincolnton interconnection at the proposed Reepsville Road booster pump station and Hoover Elmore Road; City of Lincolnton interconnection at the proposed Reepsville Road Booster Pump Station; Division 1, Schedule B - Hoover Elmore Water Line: Approximately 10,000 LF of 12-inch diameter ductile iron water main along Hoover Elmore Road between Reepsville Road and Cat Square Road; County of Lincoln water system connection at Cat Square Road Division 2 - Reepsville and West Lincoln Booster Pump Stations: The Reepsville Prefabricated Booster Pump Station, two surge tanks in an underground vault, electrical supply with generator backup, piping to connect to supply and discharge water lines, site work to support the construction and long term operation of the booster pump station, and connections into the Owner's SCADA monitoring system; Modifications to the existing West Lincoln Booster Pump Station to allow water to flow from the Western Pressure Zone to the Central Pressure Zone. This project is partially funded by the State Revolving Fund (SRF) and as such is subject to Federal rules and regulations as stated in the project specifications including the Davis-Bacon Act and the American Iron and Steel Provisions. Lincoln County reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. EPA MBE/WBE participation goals: MBE 10.9% WBE 10.4%
