Reference number : 1440681 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-01-25 The Municipality of Compton is requesting bids for the work described above. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "Chemin de la Station - Rehabilitation and paving work" and the bidder must be clearly identified. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard BNQ 1809-900 / 2019. The tender, the guarantee to accompany it as well as all other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 60 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having others complete the documents in question. Only the tenders presented by the contractors who have ordered the tender documents in the same name as that under which they tender will be considered. The deadline for receiving complaints and questions is 11 am, January 25, 2021. The person designated to receive complaints and questions is Mr. Philippe De Courval, Director General of the Municipality of Compton. The Municipality of Compton does not undertake to retain either the lowest or any of the tenders presented. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and obligation bond for wages, materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
