Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in McCall, Idaho. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes demolition of an existing 34,500-gallon welded steel storage reservoir and construction of a new 47,540-gallon bolted steel storage reservoir, yard piping connections, 2-inch mechanical piping, fittings, and appurtenances, installation of instrumentation and communications equipment, and approximately 250 feet of new 6-inch gravity overflow piping. Information: A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will begin at the office of Mountain Waterworks, 616 3rd St., STE 114, McCall, ID 83638 The Work will be substantially completed within 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
