Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Maple, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope of work involves the replacement of the existing metallic watermains in Old Maple area. The approximate length of the new 150mm dia. PVC watermain is 5000m. The replacement of watermain on Church Street and Jackson Street will be by CIPP technology while the majority of sewer and watermain will use conventional Open Cut construction. All roads have two lanes and are approximately 8m wide. In total, approximately 306 residential properties are to have their service connections replaced. All fire hydrants and water valve chambers will also be replaced. The road work associated with this project will include a partial reconstruction for the majority of roads and full reconstruction for Goodman Cres, Merino Road and Bevan Road that include replacement of the entire pavement structure, using a combination of pulverizing, grading, excess granular removals and asphalt paving. The entire length of concrete curb and gutter will also be replaced, ditches and driveways culvers.
