Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
Project has been cancelled. Major items of work associated with this project consist of the Contractor furnishing all tools, materials, labor and equipment necessary to install approximately 15,700 L.F. of pedestrian pathway, pedestrian bridge over Idaho Canal, 140 L.F. of 12" storm drain pipe, 720 L.F. of curb & gutter, 300 L.F. of valley gutters, 1,010 S.Y. of concrete sidewalk, 15 L.F. of retaining walls, pedestrian hybrid beacon for pedestrian crossing, 8 rectangular rapid flashing beacons, 1,720 S.F. of pavement markings, construct 700 S.Y. of roadway, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. The number of calendar days to achieve Substantial Completion is 180, and the number of calendar days to achieve readiness for final payment is 195. Milestone(s) if any, is to be achieved by the date defined in the Special Provisions.
