The City of Tallahassee, on behalf of the Leon County - City of Tallahassee Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency (Agency), invites qualified prospective Bidders to submit bids to provide the items or services specified in this solicitation. The work of the Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for construction of a 1,200 square foot restroom building with a green roof divided into two family restroom sections consisting of 4-inch concrete slab, concrete masonry unit reinforced walls, plumbing, electric, irrigation system on the roof, 500-gallon plastic cistern, specialties, furnishings, and roof landscape. If the Contractor fails to provide the deliverables, reports, or perform the services within the time specified in this contract, or any extension, the Contractor shall pay to the Agency as fixed, agreed, and liquidated damages, the minimum sum of $100.00 for each calendar day of delay, not to exceed $1500.00 per month; and/or in the event the Agency is penalized monetarily by federal, state, or local entities as a result of Contractor delay, error, and/or other poorperformance issues, the Contractor may be required to reimburse the Agency the full amount of the penalty assessed.
