Renovation of a municipal facility in Fontana, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,368-square-foot municipal facility.
The work to be performed under this Contract consists of Tenant Improvements of approximately 2,368 square feet for the Captain's Office and Investigations Department on the ground floor within the existing Fontana Police Department. As stated during the Pre-Qualification process, general contractor personnel will need to undergo a background check prior to commencement of construction. Should any member not pass the background check, the selected contractor will be notified and a replacement will need to be identified. Subcontractors will not have to undergo a background check, as security will be monitoring all back of house entrances. Questions and comments regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing, no later than seven (7) days before the Submittal Deadline.
