Site work for a water / sewer project in Casnovia, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Kent County Purchasing Division on behalf of the Village of Casnovia is soliciting proposals for Construction Services: Storm Water Improvements for Grand Street Storm Sewer and Cross-Country Sanitary Sewer Improvements. The project is funded by Kent County Community Development Block Grants ("CDBG"). Aerial maps indicating areas of work are attached to this request. Construction may begin on or after February 10, 2021. Tree removal shall be completed by March 26, 2021. All work shall be completed and ready for final payment within 47 calendar days after work begins on site, with all work completed no later than April 23, 2021. Attendees shall have fully reviewed all solicitation documents and correspondence prior to the conference. Attendees will not be allowed to sign in after the conference has commenced at mandatory meetings and are disqualified from the process. Attendee shall be an employee or authorized reseller of the Respondent with requisite knowledge, skill and abilities to participate. Meeting attendees assume all possible technical issues associated with teleconferencing and deem the County and its service provider harmless and without fault regardless of the reason. Attendees requiring special services are asked to provide their requirements to the Kent County Purchasing Division at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance to allow for accommodations. COVID-19 Kent County shall endeavor to conduct the in-person conference in compliance with all applicable State of Michigan Executive Orders. Respondent must limit the number of persons present to no more than is strictly necessary. All persons on premises must be at least six (6) feet from one another at all times. Respondent must bring all his/her own tools and equipment. Kent County encourages Respondent to use appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves, goggles, face shields, and/or face masks. No person exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms shall attend the in-person conference. Respondent must notify the above Kent County contact if a person in attendance at the conference exhibits known COVID19 symptoms and/or is confirmed to have COVID-19 in the fourteen (14) days following the conference.
