Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, coordination and incidentals necessary for the complete removal and replacement of the Northwestern Avenue Bridge(Bridge No. 774004) over the Little Wekiva River, located in Altamonte Springs, in southwesternSeminole County, Florida (Section 21, Township 21 S, Range 29 E). The project limits includeroadway and drainage improvements extending 200 linear feet beyond the begin bridge andend bridge limits, including Mahogany Lane intersection entrance reconstruction. Theimprovements to the bridge shall include 12' lanes, 5' shoulders, 6' sidewalks on both sides, andconcrete traffic barriers. Contractor must be FDOT prequalified in Bridge Construction. Contractor or Sub-Contractor must be FDOT Pre-qualified in the following work classes: 7. Drainage, 9. Fencing, 12. , Grassing, seeding and sodding, 27. Minor Bridges, 40. Sidewalkand other work classes Curbs, Driveways, and Retaining Wall. The bidder must be in business a minimum of 5 years and shall provide the following information regarding experience on a minimum ofthree (3) similarprojectswithin the past 10 years of projects of similar complexity, nature and size of project. The bidder must provide the start and completion dates for each similar project. The similar projects must be 100% complete.
