Reference number : 1440118 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-02-01 The City of Gatineau is requesting bids for phase 2 of the repair work for municipal services on rue Notre-Dame, from rue des Sables to boulevard Maloney Est. To be considered, all submissions must be submitted on the forms specially prepared for this purpose. This request may be subject to the provisions of the integrity in public contracts act. Depending on the thresholds provided for in law, the tenderer (firm or group of firms) who submit a request must hold the authorization of the public procurement authority to be able to conclude a public contract or sub-contracting. If an authorization is required by the integrity of public contracts act and it is failed to hold it at the time of filing this application, this application will be automatically dismissed. The tenders received will be opened publicly, immediately after the expiration of the deadline set for their submission, to the Supply Division of the Finance Department at the address indicated above. However, the number of people who can attend the opening could be limited to ensure the application and respect of the distancing measures. Ville de Gatineau is not bound to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs towards the tenderer (s).
