Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission (PRC) is seeking quotes for the removal and disposal of hazardous materials within existing buildings at Old Towne Creek County Park. Contractors are asked to supply pricing as outlined on the attached Quote Form. The quote must include all materials and labor to provide the work, including, but not limited to, all taxes and duties of any kind levied by federal, state, municipal, or other governmental authority, which either party is required to pay with respect to the materials or services covered by this Agreement. All work will be performed in accordance with Local and State laws, and all appropriate permits or licenses will be the responsibility of the Contractor. If awarded the contract, you will be required to sign a copy of PRC's contract, a copy of which is attached. PRC reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any or all quotes. PRC also reserves the right to accept the quote as a whole or any items listed under the Scope of Work. All work shall take place between February 3, 2021 and March 19, 2021. It is suggested that Contractor calls and verifies the quote has been received. All questions regarding the Scope of Work should be directed to Mr. Ray Ely at REly@ccprc.com. No quote may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after date and time set for receiving quote.
