The City of Vancouver (the "City") invites Tenders for the construction of two pressure reducing valve stations. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to: Decommissioning, demolition and removal of existing PRV stations; Site mobilization and pre-construction submittals, including construction management plan, construction staging, traffic management plan, noise management plan, location of existing structures and utilities; Procurement of materials and equipment (civil, process controls, electrical and instrumentation, and structural); Construction services as per IFT drawings: installation of PRV chambers and associated piping, process and mechanical equipment, electrical instrumentation and controls equipment, including SCADA and telemetry; Functional testing and commissioning of new PRV stations. Work also includes tie-ins to existing water and storm/sewer facilities, and connection to BC Hydro utilities; Co-ordination with BC Hydro and the City of Vancouver as needed to deliver the project; Appling for all required permits; Co-ordination for tie-ins for existing infrastructure in the City of Vancouver; and Any associated surface works and restoration, road works, grading etc. The Work Sites are located at East 5th Avenue and Rupert Street and at West 13th Avenue and Maple Street, British Columbia.
