Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Centerville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the replacement of approximately 2,700 LF of existing sanitary sewer with new 8" to 16" sanitary sewer, and the installation of approximately 820 LF of 8" sanitary relief sewer. Appurtenant work includes lateral reconnections, abandonment or removal of existing sewers, clearing, and restoration. Also included are roadway and storm sewer improvements and new sidewalk installation. The location of the Work is in Washington Township and the City of Centerville. Any questions regarding this criterion should be directed to the Barbara Asberry, Senior Buyer, at asberryb@mcohio.org. All questions must be submitted in writing. The Successful Bidder, who, as a Bid Guaranty, submits a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the Bid, shall furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in the form of the Performance/Payment Bond included in Specification Section 00512 in the Contract Documents in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum. NOTE: AIA Bond forms are not acceptable. The County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
