Site work and renovation of a civil project in Montgomery, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major items of work include: Extension of 8" and 12" waterline piping and appurtenances. Install a booster pump control valve, pressure gauges, and flow meter. Electrical, and control upgrades. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of Stanley Lake MUD in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The deadline to ask questions is 4/01/2021 5:00 PM CST
