As of 03/11/2021 Start date is June and completion August 2021 Rochester Public Schools ISD 535 is requesting Best Value Proposals for Bamber Valley Elementary School - Bid Package #05 -Window Replacement. Please contact Tanner Sorensen, Purchasing Manager at 507-328-4410 with any questions Rochester Public Schools (ISD 535) expects to award this project to the best valued Respondent ("Contractor") based on the requirements in this solicitation. The Respondent selected for award will be the Respondent whose proposal is responsive, responsible, and is the most advantageous to ISD 535, as determined by ISD 535 in its sole discretion. The awarded Respondent is expected to complete this project without any delays or cost increases and meet the quality expectations of ISD 535. The architect of record is ISG, Mankato Office, 115 East Hickory Street, Suite 300, Mankato, MN 56001 Work scope consists of demo of selected roof areas and potions of insulation board. Roof slopes are reworked in some areas to achieve code required slopes and drainage. Some rework or installation of roof drains is included in the work scope. Parapet height adjustments and existing wall panel adjustments are necessary at select locations. New EPDM roof and additional insulations and cover boards are to be installed as shown on the plans and specifications
