This project was awarded to King Construction in the amount of $1,452,249.75 Direct questions concerning this bid, Bridge No. SH-22 Replacement - Leavenworth County, KS, to Lauren Anderson at LAnderson@leavenworthcounty.gov. Contract Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to site. A PERFORMANCE BOND and a PAYMENT BOND, each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. Earliest Start Date: April 15, 2021 Latest Start Date: May 19, 2021 he undersigned agrees, if this proposal is accepted, to fully complete the Work 180 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed but no later than November 15, 2021
