Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Location: Summit Road, Blue Hills Reservation, Milton MA The project consists of but is not limited to: Selective demolition, concrete repair & replacement, masonry repairs & repointing, steel handrails and guard rails, window and door replacement & restoration, flat roof replacement, copper flashing and coping, interior gypsum partitions and ceilings, plaster repairs, interior & exterior painting, waterproofing and coatings, flooring, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, asbestos abatement & encapsulation, specialty weather instrumentation work and tower climbing, and site improvements for ADA access to a National Historic Landmark structure located at the top of Great Blue Hill. The estimated project Base Bid cost is $ 2,213,000 The work is to be accomplished within 555 Calendar days MBE/WBE participation- 10.4 %, MBE (15.3%), WBE (6.9%) Historic Building and Site renovation, including tower parapet removal & replacement
